What is the CBRA Program?
The Community Behavioral Health Rental Assistance (CBRA) Program provides rental subsidies and housing support services for individuals living with behavioral health conditions who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. CBRA helps individuals secure stable housing while connecting them to services that support long-term recovery and independence.
Who We Serve
- Adults with a behavioral health diagnosis (mental health and/or substance use disorder)
- People who are eligible for or enrolled in behavioral health services
- Individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Residents of Okanogan County, WA
Referrals must come from behavioral health providers or community partners actively working with the individual.
What We Offer
- Rental Assistance – Monthly subsidies paid directly to landlords
- Housing Navigation – Support locating safe and affordable housing
- Landlord Mediation – Help resolving tenant-landlord issues
- Case Management – Ongoing support through behavioral health coordination
- Move-In Assistance – Help with deposits, application fees, and essentials (as funding allows)
