We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an IT Support and Software Engineer. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across different technical domains, contributing to both our internal IT support and our software development projects.
Note: A college degree is not required for this position. We value practical skills, experience, and a strong ability to learn and adapt. While a degree is not required you will be required to demonstrate your abilities during several technical interviews.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As an IT Support and Software Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to both our operational stability and our software innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with team members across IT and other departments to design, develop, and deploy functional software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilizing a variety of technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Python, C++ and more to build and maintain applications and scripts.
- Designing and implementing custom forms and workflows for our case management system.
- Providing comprehensive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving a wide array of IT and technology issues, including but not limited to:
- Networking problems (wired and wireless)
- Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Computer hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, operating systems - Windows, macOS, etc.)
- Software application support and user assistance
- This position will report directly to and work closely with the IT Program Manager.

- Proven experience in software development or programming.
- Proven experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work 100% in the office at our Omak location.
Education and Experience
- A robust software portfolio.
- Experience designing web applications in cloud environments.
- Experience working with sensitive data.
- Degree in Software Engineering or Related Field - desirable but not required.
