North Central Washington Recovery Navigator Program Overview
- The Recovery Navigator Program (RNP) focuses on outreach and case management services for people with substance use disorders in need of a connection with peers who can provide hope for a better life because they have “been there, done that.” We can meet you where you’re at!
- All Recovery Outreach Specialists are peers in long term recovery from SUD and/or have lived experience (i.e. homelessness, incarceration, involvement with Department of Corrections or law enforcement, or close connection to SUD during their life).
- All Recovery Outreach Specialists are trained Recovery Coaches and Certified Peer Counselors
- The program is 100% voluntary – no one is forced to participate and everyone is welcome
- Our staff make referrals to local resources and organizations to meet the individual needs of our clients. We may refer a client to SUD treatment or behavioral health services, but we do not provide these services in house.
Who can make a referral?
- Anyone; law enforcement, community members, family members, friends, schools, hospitals, churches, social service agencies, legal system personnel, and many other sources.
- We also accept self-referrals…if you need and want help, we are here!
Investing in our community decreases stigma and saves lives. Come see us at upcoming community events throughout North Central Washington.
