The Marketing Strategist is responsible for providing expert health promotion and health marketing strategies and partner relations development to Advance through its programs and partnerships.

- culturally competent marketing for rural communities and vulnerable populations.

Primary responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate message strategies that meet
- Provide marketing expertise in the development and

- Partner with organizations and online partners to develop effective and cost-efficient
delivery
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners, contractors, and
- Develop strategy, content, and workflow for various digital media outlets
- Plan and coordinate community events in service of Advance’s programs and mission
- Ensure communication activities are based on accepted principles, methods, and best
- Complete assigned contract deliverables, within established
- Manage project work, as needed, including quality assurance and deliverable
- Develop and manage the organization’s website and social media presence
- Attend internal and external meetings as requested
- Collaborate with finance and data and reporting to prepare reports
Technical Skills
- Ability to prepare more complex documents using computers, including creating tables, charts, graphs and other elements.
- Ability to use computers to analyze data, including the use of formulas, functions, lookup tables and other standard spreadsheet elements.
- Ability to develop sophisticated presentations using computers, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.
- Ability to create, send and manage email.
- Ability to access web based applications and other computer programs.
